Small Seeding, Activity & Insurance Grant 2026/27
Council support helping RHCPS continue its heritage, education and community work.
2026/27
The story
Roughfort Heritage and Cultural Preservation Society is pleased to acknowledge support through the Small Seeding, Activity and Insurance Grant 2026/27 from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council.
This support helps the Society meet essential running and organisational costs so that volunteers can continue researching local history, planning events, maintaining good governance and delivering activities safely and responsibly.
Operational funding gives a voluntary organisation a stable base from which to develop heritage projects, educational work, community engagement and future initiatives.
RHCPS gratefully acknowledges the Council’s continued support and its contribution to the long-term development of the Society.
Keeping Roughfort’s story accessible
This record forms part of RHCPS’s work to document local activity, acknowledge support and preserve the heritage and cultural life of Roughfort for future generations.
